Pyridoxine HCl (vit B₆) 200 mg, thiamine HCl (vit B₁) 100 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit B₁₂) 200 mcg, dl-α tocopheryl acetate (vit E) 100 IU

Indications/Uses

Prevention & treatment of vit B₁, B₆, B₁₂ & vit E deficiencies. Prevention of INH-induced peripheral neuropathy, & Wernicke encephalopathy in alcohol-dependent individuals.

Adult including elderly, childn ≥12 yr 1-2 tab tid.

Special Precautions

Patients w/ Parkinson's disease. Contains FD&C yellow #6 & FD&C red #40 which may cause allergic reactions in certain susceptible persons. Not to be taken more than the recommended dosage. Consider a more suitable dosage form for childn <12 yr.

Drug Interactions

Concomitant use w/ nitrofurantoin, phenytoin, phenobarb, altretamine, levodopa, INH, colchicine, PPIs, H₂-receptor antagonists, metformin, contraceptives, warfarin, aspirin, cyclosporine, statins, & orlistat.
