Each vial contains 30 million units (MU)/300 micrograms (μg) of filgrastim in 1 ml (0.3 mg/ml).
Filgrastim (recombinant methionyl human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor) is produced by r-DNA technology in E. coli (K12).
Excipient with known effect: Each ml of solution contains 0.0010 to 0.0022 mmol or 0.023 to 0.051 mg sodium and 50 mg sorbitol (E420).
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Sodium Acetate*, Sorbitol (E420), Polysorbate 80, Water for Injections.
*Sodium acetate is formed by titrating glacial acetic acid with sodium hydroxide.
