Each capsule contains: Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 250 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 250 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg.
Pharmacologic Category: Vitamin B-Complex.
Pharmacology: B1: a water-soluble vitamin is an essential coenzyme for carbohydrates metabolism. Thiamine deficiency develops when the dietary intake is inadequate; severe deficiency leads to the development of a syndrome known as beri-beri.
B6: a water-soluble vitamin, is involved principally in amino acid metabolism, but is also involved in carbohydrates and fat metabolism. It is also required for the formation of hemoglobin.
B12: water-soluble vitamin, occurs in the body mainly as methylcobalamin, mecobalamine and cobamamide act as coenzyme in nucleic synthesis.
For the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiencies.
2-3 capsules daily before or during meals. May be increased in intense pain or persistent algia or as prescribed by the physician.
An excessive daily dose of Vitamin B6 (500 mg or more) during lengthy period may give rise to peripheral sensory accuraphatics in rare cases.
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
