Like all medicines, MAALOX PLUS can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Side effects are not common at the recommended doses.
Occasionally, following excessive absorption, diarrhea or constipation may occur.
Following the instructions in the monograph reduces the risk of side effects.
If any of the side effects becomes serious, or if the patient notices any side effects not listed in this monograph, please tell the doctor or pharmacist.
