No well controlled trials have been performed with either Montelukast or Levocetirizine in women who are pregnant. Therefore, use of Montelukast + Levocetirizine Hydrochloride is not recommended in women who are pregnant. It is not known whether Montelukast or Levocetirizine are excreted in breast milk. Therefore, use of Montelukast + Levocetirizine Hydrochloride is not recommended in women who are breastfeeding.
