Severe skin reactions including skin reddening, blisters, skin rash or hives, face, tongue or throat swelling, difficulty swelling, & unexplained wheezing or shortness of breath. Patients w/ G6PD. Severe liver damage may occur if an adult or child ≥12 yr takes >4 g in 24 hr; a child takes >5 doses in 24 hr. Concomitant use w/ other medicines containing paracetamol & ≥3 alcoholic drinks daily. Liver or kidney disease.
