Khriz Vitamin A

Each softgel capsule contains: Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A) 100,000 I.U.
Each softgel capsule contains: Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A) 200,000 I.U.

For the treatment of Vitamin A deficiency.

Treatment Dose: For all active Vitamin deficiency cases: Adult and Children 1 year old and above: Upon diagnosis of Vitamin A deficiency: 1 capsule.
The following day: 1 capsule.
After 2 weeks: 1 capsule.
After 6 months: 1 capsule.
Prevention Dose: For all High Risk pre-school children 12 to 83 months old: Upon diagnosis of High Risk condition: 1 capsule.
After 6 months if any high risk condition: 1 capsule.
Prevention Dose: For all post-partum/lactating women within 1 month of delivery (to increase Vitamin A content of milk): a 1 capsule or as prescribed by the physician.
Administration: Snip off the nipple and ingest the liquid orally.
Discard gelsule shell thereafter.

Hypervitaminosis A (fatigue, irritability, anorexia and loss of weight, vomiting and other gastro-intestinal disturbances, low grade fever, polyuria, hepatosplenomegaly and yellow pigmentation).

Store at temperature not exceeding 25°C.
