Indications/Uses
Gut-Biota is used for: Enhancement of intestinal ecology; Enhancement of natural resistance to intestinal infections; Improves lactose malabsorption; Improves digestion.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Take one (1) sachet daily or as recommended by physician.
Can be taken with or without food.
Can be taken directly without water.
Can be mixed with any drink or water except hot drinks.
Overdosage
Excessive intake of probiotics may lead to temporary stomach upset, diarrhea, or flatulence, but these symptoms usually diminish over time. Additionally, probiotics are generally considered to have no known adverse reactions.
