Dosage/Direction for Use

Recommended Dosage: The recommended dosage of DROFEPEN is 500 mg administered every 8 hours by intravenous infusion over one hour in patients ≥18 years of age. The recommended dosage and administration by infection is described in Table 2: See Table 2.
