The following conditions should not be treated with Clobetasol propionate (Dermovate): Untreated cutaneous infections; Rosacea; Acne vulgaris; Pruritus without inflammation; Perianal and genital pruritus; Perioral dermatitis.
Clobetasol propionate (Dermovate) is contraindicated in dermatoses in children under one year of age, including dermatitis.
