Indications/Uses
Topical treatment of otomycosis caused by susceptible fungi.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 4 or 5 drops in the affected ear tid to qid.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Viral & non-susceptible bacterial infections of external auditory canal including varicella & herpes simplex infections. Perforation of the eardrum.
Special Precautions
Avoid contact w/ eyes & prolonged treatment. Discontinue use if signs of sensitivity occur. Lactation. Childn especially <2 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Erythema, stinging, burning, pruritus, urticaria, edema. Rarely, contact dermatitis.
