Tell a doctor if the patient has: kidney disease or has ever had kidney stones; stomach or digestion problems, such as on-going diarrhea, not absorbing
nutrients properly, or not having enough acid in the stomach.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Consult a doctor: If the patient is using a large amount of calcium or using it for a long time, the doctor might need to check the patient's blood on a regular basis.
