SyrChildn ≥12 yr 7.5 mL, 7-12 yr 5 mL, 2-6 yr 2.5 mL. DropsChildn 1-2 yr 1-1.25 mL, 6-12 mth 0.75-1 mL, 1-6 mth 0.5-0.75 mL. All doses to be taken tid-qid.
Hypersensitivity. Asthmatic patients. CAD, HTN, hyperthyroidism, hyperexcitability, acute asthma attacks, pheochromocytoma, narrow-angle glaucoma & severe liver function impairment. Concomitant use w/ MAOIs or w/in 14 days of stopping such treatment.
History of asthma, high BP, diabetes, thyroid disease, glaucoma & enlargement of the prostate gland, DM. Avoid activities requiring mental alertness. Pregnancy & lactation.
