Direction for Use: 1 spray into each nostril 3 times a day. Treatment should begin as early as possible after the first sign of cold.
1. Remove the protection cap before use and pump a few times if necessary until spray is discharged.

2. Spray one time into each nostril.
As far as possible, hold the bottle upright when spraying. Replace protective cap after use.
