Add-on therapy for symptomatic treatment in adults w/ stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to 1st-line anti-anginal therapies.
Hypersensitivity. Parkinson's disease, parkinsonian symptoms, tremors, restless leg syndrome or other related movement disorders. Severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
Discontinue use if signs & symptoms of severe cutaneous adverse reactions; movement disorders eg, parkinsonian symptoms, restless leg syndrome, tremors or gait instability occur. Not a curative treatment for angina attacks or as initial treatment for unstable angina or MI. Not to be used in pre-hospital phase or during 1st days of hospitalisation. Falls related to gait instability or hypotension. May cause allergic reactions due to sunset yellow FCF (E110) & cochineal red A (E124). Positive results in anti-doping tests. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Moderate renal impairment. Avoid use during pregnancy. Not to be used during lactation. Childn <18 yr. Elderly >75 yr.
