Contraindications

Contraindicated in children below two (2) years of age.
It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to acetylcysteine, or any of the excipients. As Stenac Effervescent Tablets 600 mg contains aspartame, it is contraindicated in patients suffering from phenylketonuria.
