Description

Sifrol extended-release tablet 0.375 mg: White to off-white, round, biconvex, bevel-edged tablets, one side debossed with the BI company symbol and the other side debossed with P1.
Each prolonged-release tablet contains 0.375 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.26 mg (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-propylamino-benzothiazole (= pramipexole base).
Sifrol extended-release tablet 1.5 mg: White to off-white, oval, biconvex tablets, one side debossed with the BI company symbol and the other side debossed with P3.
Each prolonged-release tablet contains 1.5 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 1.05 mg (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-propylamino-benzothiazole (= pramipexole base).
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Hypromellose, Maize starch, Carbomer, Anhydrous colloidal silica, Magnesium stearate.
