Description
Ingredients: Banana puree, maltodextrin, vegetable oils (palm, soya, coconut), apple puree, milk protein (ox), hydrolyzed rice flour partial, fructose (rice), dextrose (rice), calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, trisodium citrate, emulsifier (soy lecithin), tricalcium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, L-cystine, vitamins (A, B1, B12, B2, B6, C, D3, E, K1, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid), taurine, disodium phosphate, choline chloride, inositol, L-carnitine, zinc sulfate, antioxidants (extracts rich in tocopherol), ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, potassium iodide, manganese sulfate, sodium selenite.
Allergens: Contains milk and soya. (See Table 1.)

Indications/Uses
Usage: Novalac DN Special Formula is formulated for babies who are not lactose tolerant. Carbohydrates in Novalac DN Special Formula does not contain lactose and sucrose but contains 27.2 g maltodextrin, 7.8 g fructose and 3.5 g dextrose in every 100 g of milk powder. The protein source of this formulation is from cow's milk, so Novalac DN Special Formula is not suitable for babies who are allergic to cow's milk protein. 6-month-old babies above need to be given complementary food.
100 g Novalac DN Special Formula contains 240 mg Sodium, 640 mg Potassium, 380 mg Chloride, 44 mg Taurine, 390 mg Calcium, 380 mg Omega-3 and 3.8 g Omega-6.
Novalac DN Special Formulation is suitable for ingestion temporarily for 2 weeks under professional supervision health.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Reconstitution: 1 scoop to 30 mL water. (See Table 2.)

This feeding schedule is only a guide. On average, full-term babies 2.5 kg or more, need as much milk 150 ml/kg of body weight per day. The actual amount of every feeding is different.
*From the age of 6 months, a baby should be given complementary food. Seek the advice of a health professional on nutritional needs of the baby.
Special Precautions
Important Notice: Breast milk is the best food for babies. Before using this release, obtain health professional advice.
Warning: Follow instructions with careful preparation. Prepare bottles and nipples as suggested. Do not change the ratio measure of milk powder except on advice health professionals. Error in preparation can harm the baby's health.
Caution For Usage
Preparation Instructions of Novalac DN Special Formula: Place the milk bottle and its equipment that has been cleaned into water. Make sure the milk bottle and the equipment is completely sunk not to trapped air bubbles.
Cover the pot with a lid. Heat the water until boiling. Make sure the water does not boil until dry.
Wash hands with soap and water, and dry with clean cloth or kitchen paper (kitchen towel).
Read the directions on the formula label to find out the required amount of water and milk. Use of milk formula that is more or less than instructions the measurements on the label can make the baby sick.
Pour the boiling water to the right measure in milk bottles that have been cleaned and sterilized. Temperature of water for the preparation of formula milk is no less than 70°C. For preparation at home, the temperature can be determined by letting the water that has been boiled at room temperature for not more than 30 minutes. If using a thermometer, use a thermometer with clean and sterile mercury. Watch out to prevent burns from occurring. *Water temperature will vary depending on the method of the preparation of each formula milk.
Add formula milk in the right amount with the provided scoop. Shake the milk bottle to make sure the milk and water are mixed perfectly.
Lower the temperature of the milk by holding the milk bottle under running tap water, or put it in a container of cold water or ice. To avoid milk mixture from being contaminated, make sure the water level to cool the milk mixture is below milk bottle cap level.
Check the temperature of the milk by dripping a little on the wrist. Milk should be warm and not hot. If the milk is still hot, cool it again before giving it to the baby.
Discard excess milk or milk that has been exposed to air for more than two hours.
Storage
Cans should be closed after use. Store in a cool place, dry and protected from light. Use within 3 weeks after opening.
