Kabrita Goat's Milk Infant Formula (0-12 Months)

One scoop of Kabrita powdered milk (4.3 g) for 30 ml of water. On average, full-term babies weighing 2.5 kg or more need 150 ml of milk per kg of body weight per day. The actual amount for each feeding varies. Babies aged 6 months and above should be given nutritious complementary foods to achieve optimal growth and development. Seek advice from a healthcare professional.
Breast milk is the best food for babies. Infant formula is not the only food for babies older than 6 months.

The baby's health depends on strict adherence to preparation and storage instructions. Discard any leftover milk after feeding and clean the equipment thoroughly.

Store the can in a clean, dry place at room temperature, both before and after opening. Do not store it in the refrigerator. Seal the opened can tightly with the provided plastic lid to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Use the contents within 4 weeks after opening.

Preparation Instructions: 1. Prepare the milk no more than 1 hour before feeding.
2. Place the cleaned bottle and its equipment into water. Ensure the bottle and equipment are fully submerged to avoid trapped air bubbles.
3. Cover the pot with a lid. Heat the water until it boils. Ensure the water does not boil dry.
4. Wash your hands with soap and water, and dry them with a clean cloth or kitchen towel.
5. Read the instructions on the formula label to determine the required amount of water and formula. Using too much or too little formula can make the baby sick.
6. Pour the boiled and cooled water (to 40°C) into the cleaned and sterilized bottle. Use a clean and sterilized mercury-free thermometer to measure the temperature. Be careful to avoid injury.
7. Add the correct amount of formula to the bottle with water. Shake the bottle to ensure the formula and water mix thoroughly.
8. Cool the milk by placing the bottle under running tap water or in a container of cold water below the bottle's lid level. To avoid contamination, ensure the water level for cooling is below the bottle's lid.
9. Check the milk temperature by dripping a little on your wrist. The milk should be warm, not hot. If it still feels hot, cool it further before feeding the baby.
10. Discard any leftover milk or milk exposed to air for more than two hours.
