Posology: Venolymphatic insufficiency: 500 mg: 2 tablets daily in two divided doses, midday and evening at meal times.
1,000 mg: 1 tablet daily, in the morning at breakfast.
Acute hemorrhoidal attack: 500 mg: 6 tablets daily (in 3 divided doses) for the first 4 days, then 4 tablets per day (in 2 divided doses) for the next 3 days.
1,000 mg: 3 tablets daily (in 3 divided doses) for the first 4 days, then 2 tablets per day (in 2 divided doses) for the next 3 days.
Paediatric population: The safety and efficacy of Daflon 500 mg and 1000 mg in children and adolescents under 18 years of age have not been established.
