Dosage/Direction for Use

15 mg/kg every 4-6 hr, max: 4 doses in 24 hr. 120 mg/5 mL Childn 4-6 yr 9-12.5 mL every 4 hr, 1-3 yr 5.5-9 mL every 4 hr. 250 mg/5 mL Childn 10-12 yr 9.5-12 mL every 4 hr, 7-9 yr 6.5-8.5 mL every 4 hr, 6 yr 6 mL every 4 hr.

Overdosage
