AVODART is contra-indicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dutasteride, other 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, or any component of the preparation (see Excipients/Inactive Ingredients under Description).
AVODART is contraindicated for use in women and children and adolescents (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation).
AVODART is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
