Pregnancy: There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Aprovasc is contraindicated during pregnancy. Aprovasc must not be administered to women of childbearing potential unless effective contraception is used. When pregnancy is detected during treatment, Aprovasc should be discontinued as soon as possible (see Contraindications and Precautions).
Lactating mothers: Aprovasc is contraindicated during lactation (see Contraindications).
