No clinically relevant interactions with AERIUS tablets were observed in clinical trials (see Pharmacology: Pharmacodynamics under Actions). There was no effect of food or grapefruit juice on the disposition of desloratadine.
AERIUS taken concomitantly with alcohol did not potentiate the performance impairing effects of alcohol (see Pharmacology: Pharmacodynamics under Actions).
