Special Precautions
Discontinue use if severe skin reactions occur. Not to be taken if allergic to paracetamol; w/ other paracetamol-containing drugs. Avoid large doses in patients w/ hepatic impairment. Renal impairment.

Adverse Reactions
Angioedema; thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, neutropenia, pancytopenia, methaemoglobinaemia, agranulocytosis.

Drug Interactions
Enhanced anticoagulant effect of warfarin & other coumarins. Increased hepatotoxicity w/ barbiturates, TCAs, alcohol. Increased absorption by metoclopramide or domperidone. Reduced absorption by cholestyramine. Reduced metabolism of zidovudine. Increased metabolism w/ anticonvulsant, steroid OCs.
