Hypotension w/ diuretics, dehydrated or under limited salt diet. Renal function disturbance eg, glycosuria, proteinuria or acute renal failure. Diaphoresis, erythema multiforme, exfoliative dermatitis, SJS, TEN, pemphigus, pruritus, urticaria, alopecia. Ileus, pancreatitis, hepatic failure, hepatitis (hepatocellular or cholestatic), jaundice, abdominal pain, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation, anorexia, stomatitis. Increased blood urea & serum creatinine & elevations of liver enzymes &/or serum bilirubin; hyperkalemia & hyponatremia; decreased Hb & hematocrit. Hypersensitivity, angioneurotic edema of face, extremities, lips, tongue, glottis &/or larynx. Pulmonary infiltrates, bronchospasm/asthma, dyspnea, rhinorrhea, sore throat & hoarseness. Depression, confusion, somnolence, insomnia, nervousness, paresthesia, vertigo.
