May reduce immune responses to Prevenar 20 in some individuals w/ altered immunocompetence. May reduce Ab response to active immunization in individuals w/ impaired immune response due to immunosuppressive therapy, genetic defect, HIV infection or other causes. May temporarily affect ability to drive or use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Potential risk of apnea in preterm infants; consider monitoring for at least 48 hr after vaccination for preterm infant ≤28 wk of gestation who remain hospitalized at time of administration.
