Enzymes & vit supplementation to help in digestion process during abdominal discomfort eg, bloating, too many food intake, food intolerance.
Should be taken with food: Take during or after meals.
Hypersensitivity. Acute pancreatitis or the acute exacerbation of chronic pacreatitis. Concomitant use w/ anticoagulants.
Fibrosing colonopathy at high doses in patients w/ cystic fibrosis. Review unusual abdominal symptoms to exclude possibility of colonic damage especially in patients taking excess of 6,000 lipase u/kg/meal. Patients taking anticoagulants or other medicines capable of prolonging bleeding time. Neuropathy at high doses of vit B
6. Hepatoxicity or dermatologic manifestations at chronic high oral doses of niacinamide.
Abdominal discomfort, constipation & dermatitis. Abnormal stool, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea & vomiting.
Adversely affect the response duration of altretamine. Enhance amiodarone-induced photosensitivity, & reactions reduced phenytoin conc. Vit B
6: Reduced effectiveness of levodopa. Dimethicone, simethicone: May affect absorption of other drugs or nutrients.
