Management of dermatitis caused by Neomycin-susceptible microorganisms or existing secondary infection (eg, pruritus, eczema, intertrigo, psoriasis).
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply 2-3 times daily to the affected area & rub gently until evenly covered.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Special Precautions
Avoid ophth use; topical use of Neomycin in long-term & large amounts applied to prevent existing of nonsusceptible microorganims. Give appropriate therapy if superinfections occur during treatment. Discontinue treatment if irritations occur. Avoid extensive or prolonged use in pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Skin irritation like itching & burning sensation may occasionally occur. In prolonged therapy w/ preparations containing corticosteroid may cause hypopigmentation, skin atrophy & striae.
