Dosage/Direction for Use

HTN 50-100 mg daily. Angina pectoris 100 mg daily or 50 mg 2 times daily. Late treatment of MI 100 mg daily.

Administration

Should be taken with food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Bradycardia (<45 bpm), cardiogenic shock, hypotension, 2^nd or 3^rd degree heart block, severe peripheral arterial circulation disorders, uncontrolled heart failure, sick sinus syndrome, untreated pheochromocytoma, metabolic acidosis.
