Paracetamol, chlorpheniramine maleate, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, dextromethorphan hydrobromide.
Each caplet contains: Paracetamol 500 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg,
dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15 mg.
Symptomatic relief of flu (fever, headache, nasal congestion and sneezing associated with cough).
Adult: 1 caplet.
Children: 6-12 years old ½ caplet.
Heart disease eg, severe hypertension, diabetes, severe liver function impairment.
Patients at risk for hypertension or stroke (eg, overweight, elderly). Liver and kidney function impairment, glaucoma, prostate hypertrophy, hyperthyroidism, urinary retention. Debilitated patients; hypoxia. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy and lactation. Children <2 years old.
Drowsiness, indigestion, psychomotor disturbances, tachycardia, arrhythmia, dry mouth, palpitation, urinary retention. Liver damage (high doses and prolonged use).
Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors may cause hypertensive crisis.
