Antacids can affect the other drugs whether because they can bind to the drugs or increase the gastric pH therefore disturbing the dissolution and solubility of weak base or acids drugs (example: Tetracycline, Quinolones).
Concomitant use with CYP inhibitor such as Cimetidine will increase Chlordiazepoxide levels and increase drug levels in blood.
