Urinary tract infections: 100-400 mg twice daily for 1-10 days.
Severe and complicated infections: Up to 600 mg daily for 20 days.
Respiratory tract infections: 200-400 mg twice daily.
Uncomplicated gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis (including PPNG infections): 200-600 mg as single dose.
Non-gonococcal urethritis: 400 mg daily in single or divided doses for 9 days.
Skin and soft tissue, Obstetric and gynecological infections, bacterial enteritis: 400 mg daily for 7 days.
Administration: Take 2 hours before or after antacids or supplements containing iron or zinc. Ensure adequate hydration.
