Hospitalized patients w/ pathological hypersecretory conditions or duodenal ulcers that are difficult to treat, or as an alternative short-term oral treatment for patients who cannot be given oral ranitidine.
Dosage/Direction for Use
IM 50 mg/2 mL 6-8 hrly. IV intermittent bolus 50 mg (2 mL) 6-8 hrly.
A02BA02 - ranitidine ; Belongs to the class of H2-receptor antagonists. Used in the treatment of peptic ulcer and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
