Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in Description.
Patients with severe (Child-Pugh Class C) hepatic impairment.
Co-administration with strong CYP3A inducers such as the medicinal products listed as follows due to the potential for loss of therapeutic effect (see Interactions): carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin; rifampicin; lopinavir/ritonavir; St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum).
Co-administration with medicinal products such as those products listed as follows due to the potential for serious and/or life-threatening adverse reactions (see Interactions): alfuzosin; amiodarone, dronedarone, ivabradine, quinidine, ranolazine; colchicine when used in patients with renal and/or hepatic impairment (see Interactions); rifampicin; ergot derivatives (e.g. dihydroergotamine, ergometrine, ergotamine, methylergonovine); dapoxetine; domperidone; naloxegol; pimozide, quetiapine, sertindole, lurasidone (see Interactions); elbasvir/grazoprevir; triazolam, midazolam administered orally (for caution on parenterally administered midazolam, see Interactions); sildenafil - when used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, avanafil; simvastatin, lovastatin and lomitapide (see Interactions); dabigatran, ticagrelor.
