Both solutions for injection (5 mg/1.5 mL and 10mg/1.5 mL) should be stored at 2°C to 8°C in a refrigerator. Do not freeze. If unopened, the contents should be stored in the original package in order to protect from light. The 5mg/1.5 mL is stable for 24 months whereas the 10mg/1.5 mL is stable for 18 months.
After the first injection, the contents of the cartridge must be used within 28 days and the cartridge should remain in the pen, and kept at 2°C to 8°C (in a refrigerator) protected from light.
