Osmolite-HN

Ingredients: Water, corn maltodextrin, corn syrup solids, sodium and calcium caseinates, soy protein isolate, canola oil, corn oil, medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, potassium citrate, magnesium phosphate, calcium phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium chloride, choline chloride, emulsifier (soy lecithin), emulsifier (monoglycerides), ascorbic acid, stabilizer (carrageenan), taurine, L-carnitine, acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide), stabilizer (gellan gum), zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, manganese sulfate, calcium pantothenate, cupric sulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, Vitamin A palmitate, folic acid, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, phylloquinone, sodium selenate, biotin, Vitamin D₃, cyanocobalamin. Osmolite-HN is an isotonic liquid nutrition that provides complete, balanced nutrition. It is suitable as a sole or supplemental source of nutrition to be used under medical supervision. It is suitable for: Individuals having difficulty meeting their nutritional requirements through their normal diets; Lactose-intolerant patients; Pre- and post-operation patients; Low-sodium diet patients; Suitable for people who concerned about cholesterol.

Shake well before use. Osmolite-HN is ready to use.

Not for use in patients with galactosemia. Not for intravenous use. Use under the medical supervision.
Use in Children: Not intended for use in children unless recommended by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Oral Feeding: Once opened, cover and place in a refrigerator. Discard if not used within 24 hours.
Tube Feeding: Use under the direction of a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. During tube feeding, the flow rate and volume are dependent on patient's condition and tolerance. Additional fluid requirements should be met by giving water. Care should be taken to avoid contamination of this product during preparation and administration of the tube feeding. Product should hang no longer than 8 hours at the bedside.

Store unopened at normal room temperature. Once opened, store covered in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
