Dosage/Direction for Use

Optifast: Shake: Prepare 250 mL of cold drinking water in a shaker. Add a sachet of OPTIFAST shake. Shake well until completely dissolved.
Soup: Prepare 250 mL of hot drinking water in a bowl. Add a sachet of OPTIFAST soup. Stir vigorously with a whisk until completely dissolved.
Optifast ProteinPlus: Prepare 250 mL of cold drinking water in a shaker. Add a sachet of OPTIFAST VLCD Protein Plus shake. Shake well. Served better with ice.
