Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in Description.
Pregnancy (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation).
Breast-feeding (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation).
Concomitant use with simvastatin > 40 mg daily (see Dosage & Administration, Precautions, and Interactions).
Nustendi coadministered with a statin is contraindicated in patients with active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevations in serum transaminases.
When Nustendi is coadministered with a statin, refer to the prescribing information for that particular statin therapy.
