Jevity Indications/Uses

Jevity is an isotonic liquid food with fiber that provides complete and balanced nutrition (1.0 kcal/mL). It is suitable as a sole or supplemental source of nutrition to be used under medical supervision and is ideal for long-term tube-feeding. It is designed for the following patients: Short-term or long-term tube-feeding patients requiring a fiber-containing diet; General tube-feeding patients such as patients inserted with nasogastric tube, nasoduodenal tube, and gastrostomy tube; Tube-feeding patients with diarrhea or constipation who need additional dietary fiber to help normalize bowel movement; Lactose-intolerant patients.
