Powder: To prepare a 237 ml feeding, put 200 ml of previously boiled lukewarm water in a glass. Gradually add 5 level scoops (enclosed) or approximately 52.1 g of Glucerna and stir until the powder completely dissolves. When preparing as directed, Glucerna provides approximately 0.96 kcal energy per ml. Can be used as meal replacement when under medical supervision. Not intended for use in children unless recommended by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Free of lactose & gluten. Not for tube feeding. Not for use in patients with galactosemia. Not for intravenous use.
Liquid: Glucerna is ready to use. Shake well.

Powder: Store can in a cool and dry place at room temperature. Once opened, it should be kept closed with the provided cap and NOT refrigerated; use contents within three weeks. Reconstituted Glucerna should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
Liquid: Store unopened at normal room temperature. Once opened, cover, refrigerate, and use within 24 hours.
