Contraindications

Severe inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), toxic mega colon, perforation or risk of perforation, ileus or suspicion of intestinal obstruction or symptomatic stenosis, painful abdominal syndromes of undetermined reason, and known hypersensitivity to FORLAX or to one of the components. Due to the presence of sorbitol (traces), this medicine is contraindicated in persons who are intolerant to fructose.
