Recommended two servings per day. Use the measuring scoop enclosed. Add 6 level scoops (approximately 53.8 g) of Ensure Low Sugar gradually into 195 ml of cold or lukewarm water and mix till dissolved to obtain a 230 ml ready-to-drink product. When mixed as directed, Ensure Low Sugar provides approximately 1 kcal per ml. An 850 g can of Ensure Low Sugar yields 15 servings of 230 ml of ready-to-drink product.
