Defensikan Imunoglukan

1 capsule contains: Imunoglukan 100 mg, vitamin C 100 mg.
1 ml contains 10 mg Imunoglukan and 10 mg vitamin C.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Capsule: Calcium-L-ascorbate (Vitamin C), Imunoglukan, Magnesium stearate 2 mg (anticaking agent).
The capsule is of plant origin composed of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464) and colourants (Copper complex of chlorophyllins, Titanium dioxide).
Defensikan Imunoglukan capsules are gluten-free.
Suspension: sweetener (fructose), antioxidant (L-ascorbic acid), Imunoglukan, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), water.
Defensikan suspension is gluten-free and does not contain any artificial aromas and colourants.

The main active ingredient of Defensikan Imunoglukan products is Imunoglukan.
Imunoglukan is a highly purified natural complex of biologically active polysaccharides (β-glucans). Imunoglukan has an immunomodulatory effect on the adaptive and innate immune systems. Imunoglukan strengthens the immune system to deliver a fast and strong immune response upon presentation of a pathogen, helping the body to rid the pathogens more efficiently. Safety and efficacy of Imunoglukan have been proven in multiple clinical studies; various trials measured the effect of the substance on the occurrence of respiratory tract infections (RTIs) in children. Significant reduction of recurrent RTIs have been found, including otitis, common cold, pharyngitis, laryngitis and bronchitis.
Other areas of effectiveness have been found in long-term support of the immune system against infections (e.g. common cold, recurrent herpes infections), allergic conditions and in the normalization of the natural immune response during periods of vulnerability, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, mental exhaustion due to stress or frequent intense physical activity.
Vitamin C protects cells against oxidative stress. Imunoglukan in combination with vitamin C in Defensikan Imunoglukan products mutually support each other's effects.

Defensikan Imunoglukan is a food supplement for long-term use. It contains natural Imunoglukan and vitamin C which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Capsule: It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules once per day long-term (at least for 2-3 months). Capsules should be swallowed in one piece and washed down with adequate amount of water ideally in the evening before going to bed or in the morning on an empty stomach. The content of the capsule can be emptied on a spoon if necessary, and taken this way.
Suspension: It is recommended to take 1 ml per 5 kg of body weight once per day long-term (at least for 2-3 months). In periods of increased stress on the immune system, an increased dose (2 ml/5 kg) can be taken once per day for 3-7 days.
Weight: 10 kg; daily dose: 2 ml; increased dose: 4 ml.
Weight: 15 kg; daily dose: 3 ml; increased dose: 6 ml.
Weight: 20 kg; daily dose: 4 ml; increased dose: 8 ml.
Weight: 25 kg; daily dose: 5 ml; increased dose: 10 ml.
Weight: 30 kg; daily dose: 6 ml; increased dose: 12 ml.

The recommended dosage must not be exceeded. People with organ transplants must not take this product. People under immunosuppressive treatment can use the preparation only after consulting with a treating physician. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. They are recommended for adults and children from 3 years of age.
Suspension: Do not take in case of allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Suspension: Instructions for use: Take the product ideally in the evening before going to bed or in the morning on an empty stomach.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.

Store in a cool dry place between 5°C and 25°C, protect against humidity, freezing and direct sunlight.
Suspension: After opening and each single use the bottle should be properly closed and stored in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C. Use within 3 months after opening.
