Special Precautions

Discontinue treatment in patients who experience seizure while on treatment. Patients w/ medical or familial history seizures. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Severe renal insufficiency. Avoid use during pregnancy. Lactation. Adolescents 12-17 yr. Childn <12 yr; young childn (more susceptible to develop new seizures).
