Clobetasol propionate

Indications/Uses

Inflammatory & pruritic dermatoses eg, psoriasis, recalcitrant eczemas, lichen planus & discoid lupus erythematosus & other conditions which do not respond satisfactorily to less active steroid.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Apply to the affected area bid.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, rosacea, acne & perioral dermatitis, skin lesion. Childn <1 yr.

Special Precautions

Prolonged treatment. Avoid contact w/ eyes. Long-term continuous therapy in infant & childn. Pregnancy.

Adverse Reactions

Local atrophic changes.
