Iobitridol
Indications/Uses
Diagnostic use only. Contrast agent for IV urography & digital subtraction angiography. Xenetix 300: Contrast agent for arthrography & hysterosalpingography.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Xenetix 300 IV Urography 1.2 mL/kg in 50-100 mL rapid inj or 1.6 mL/kg in 100 mL slow inj. Digital subtraction angiography 1.7 mL/kg in 40-270 mL. IA Arthrography 5-20 mL Intrauterine Hysterosalpingography 5-20 mL. Xenetix 350 IV Urography 1 mL/kg in 50-100 mL. Digital subtraction angiography 2.1 mL/kg in 95-250 mL.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. History of major immediate reaction or delayed skin reaction. Manifest thyrotoxicosis. Myelography. Xenetix 300: Hysterosalpingography during pregnancy.
