Menthol 2.82% w/w, camphor 5.26% w/w, eucalyptus oil 1.33% w/w

Indications/Uses

Helps relieve nasal congestion for up to 8 hr. Eases minor muscular aches & pains; coughs due to colds.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Temporary relief of nasal congestion & coughs associated w/ colds Rub thick layer on chest & throat at night &/or morning. Keep clothing loose, may cover w/ a dry, soft cloth if desired. Steaming application method: Add 2 tsp in partly-filled bowl of steaming water. Gently inhale the steaming vapours w/ a towel over the head & bowl. May be repeated up to qds. Temporary relief of minor muscular aches & pains Rub into the skin of sore muscles up to qds.
