Dulaglutide

Indications/Uses

Monotherapy to insufficiently controlled type 2 DM as adjunct to diet & exercise in patients ≥10 yr when metformin is considered inappropriate due to intolerance or CI; in addition to other medicinal products for diabetes.

Dosage/Direction for Use

SC Adult Monotherapy 0.75 mg once wkly. Add-on therapy 1.5 mg once wkly. Paed ≥10 yr Starting dose: 0.75 mg once wkly. Can be increased to 1.5 mg once wkly after at least 4 wk. Max: 1.5 mg once wkly.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
