Teclistamab

Indications/Uses

Monotherapy for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in adult patients who have received at least 3 prior therapies including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent & an anti-CD38 monoclonal Ab & have demonstrated disease progression on the last therapy.

Dosage/Direction for Use

SC Recommended dosage: Step-up doses of 0.06 mg/kg & 0.3 mg/kg followed by 1.5 mg/kg once wkly until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Step-up dosing schedule: Step-up dose 1: 0.06 mg/kg single dose on day 1. Step-up dose 2: 0.3 mg/kg single dose on day 3. 1st treatment dose: 1.5 mg/kg single dose on day 5. Wkly dosing schedule: Subsequent treatment doses: 1.5 mg/kg once wkly, 1 wk after 1st treatment dose & wkly thereafter. Patient w/ complete response or better for a min of 6 mth Every 2-wk dosing schedule: Consider reducing dose frequency to 1.5 mg/kg every 2 wk.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
